Basic Information

TONISCO Hot tap valves are used to connect new cutomers to the existing district heating or cooling systems without cutting off the heat/cold supply to other customers. TONISCO’s line of hot tapping valves are desingned for weldable pipeline systems.

The range covers all the nominal dimensions from DN15 to DN600. All the valves are full bore, permitting the Hot tapping to be carried out with the largest possible Hole size. TONISCO hot tapping valves can be installed to underground pipelines.

Temperature range: 0 – +200 °C
Applications: District heating & cooling
Fluids: water and glycol-water, max. 50%
Minimum storage temperature: – 40 °C
